2. Appointment Scheduling

Our company operates by appointment only.

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, messaging platforms, or other approved scheduling methods.

While we make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time, factors such as traffic, weather, and prior appointments may cause minor delays.

 

3. Mobile Service Conditions

Mobile repair services require:

• Safe access to the vehicle

• Adequate working space around the windshield

• Weather conditions suitable for repair

We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate appointments if environmental conditions prevent proper repair.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is listed on our website or communicated prior to service.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards

• Square

• Venmo

Credit card, Square, and Venmo payments may include applicable taxes and a $2 service fee.

We do not accept Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or trades for services.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Repair Limitations

Windshield repair is designed to reduce the visibility of damage and prevent cracks from spreading, but repairs may not completely remove all visible damage.

Because windshield damage varies, we cannot guarantee a perfect cosmetic result.

Some damage may continue to spread due to environmental conditions or pre-existing structural stress in the glass.

 

6. Failed Repair Guarantee

$55 Rock Chip Repair – StoneGuard LLC offers a Failed Repair Guarantee.

If the technician determines the repair cannot be successfully completed, or if the windshield cracks across the entire glass following the repair attempt, we will refund or not accept payment so the customer may apply those funds toward windshield replacement.

This guarantee applies only to the original repair area.

 

7. Insurance

Our company operates as an out-of-pocket service provider and does not process insurance claims.

Customers may request a receipt to submit to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement decisions are determined solely by the customer’s insurance provider.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and appointment information

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time

• Avoid washing the vehicle prior to repair

• Avoid automated car washes for 24 hours after repair

Failure to meet these conditions may affect repair results.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, $55 Rock Chip Repair – StoneGuard LLC shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing windshield damage

• Damage that spreads beyond the repair area

• Environmental factors affecting glass integrity

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Windshield repair services are performed using professional methods but cannot guarantee the prevention of all future glass damage.
